Order Processing Time Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping within the United Kingdom We offer standard shipping (3-5 business days) and express shipping (1-2 business days). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and chosen method.

International Shipping We also ship internationally. Delivery times vary between 7-14 business days depending on the destination. Any customs duties or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Order Tracking You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or has not been delivered, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date and we will be happy to help.
